Privacy Policy

This explains what information this site collects, why, and what happens to it.

Information we collect

When you submit a contact form or a home value request, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and your message.

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, to keep the site working properly.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide the real estate services you asked about, and follow up on active conversations. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers who help operate the site or with cooperating brokers, lenders, title companies, and inspectors when it is necessary to move your transaction forward.

Communications

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. You can ask to be removed from any list at any time by replying or calling directly.

Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary only: this site sets no first-party advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracker. The only first-party storage we use is the admin sign-in session — kept in your browser's local storage, and only created if you log into the admin panel — plus a small local-storage flag that records your choice on the cookie banner so it isn't shown again, and an admin-only preview key used while editing site content.

Loads by default to support core browsing, third-party: the Google Maps embed on the search, listing, and neighborhood pages. Location is central to how these pages work, so the map loads without waiting for a banner choice. Google may set its own storage when it does; see Google's privacy policy for what it collects. If you would rather it did not load at all, block third-party content for maps.googleapis.com in your browser — the rest of the page still works.

Non-essential, third-party: on listings that have one, the YouTube virtual-tour video. YouTube may set its own cookies when the player loads. If you decline on the cookie banner, virtual tours are loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced no-cookie domain instead.

You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings. Clearing it signs an admin out and shows the cookie banner again on your next visit.

Listing data

Property information displayed here is provided by MLS and IDX sources and is believed accurate but is not guaranteed. Listing data remains the property of the originating MLS and its participants.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted. Contact us using the details in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable period.
